Built in the 70’s by the Ovation Guitar Company, the Breadwinner was a solid body electric guitar and is one of the few solidbody electrics they ever made. It has an unusual ergonomic body made of mahogany and shaped something like a hatchet although according to the designer this was partly by accident. The guitar has two mini-humbucker pickups, volume and tone controls, and a three way pickup selector and a phase switch. Finished in Tan "LyraChord" it plays like a dream anmd sounds great.
