This Jet Star was Korean built by Cort in the 1990's for Guild's import line DeArmond. It has two Gold Tone DeArmond humbuckers, which are U.S. made with Alnico V magnets and vintage-style PAF-like outputs. Each pickup has its own volume and tone controls, the mahogany set neck has 22 large frets and a 24.75" scale and the instrument’s lopsided body is a beautiful very dark blue. The 3-way switch is in a very convenient and accessible spot near the bridge and is a sort of a take on a non-reverse firebird shape.
