Back in the 60’s, I used to visit ‘The Band Box’ in Redruth for my guitars, effect pedals and strings. They had an original Greenburst Double Six in stock and I always wanted to buy it so when I had the chance to buy this re-issue, I couldn’t say no. The sounds from the Tri-Sonic pickups are great and very similar to the original. The string spacing and wider neck is much easier to use and the string configuration (higher octave string on top, like an acoustic 12 string) is better.
